Lijst: Met het einde van GoT moet Lord of the Rings de Moment Series draaien

"Lord of the Rings" is een van de grootste culturele fenomenen aller tijden, zowel in de literatuur als in de bioscoop. Het werk werd beschouwd als het millenniumboek van Amazon-klanten in 1999 en de favoriete roman aller tijden in het Verenigd Koninkrijk in The Big Read van de BBC in 2003.

Daarmee komt een nieuwe serie over de verhalen die Tolkien zich had voorgesteld. De productie komt van Amazon en elk seizoen wordt begroot op tussen $ 100 en $ 150 miljoen.
